A family owned and operated business started by James and Christine Lovatt, it has been an Australian success story ever since.
Christine Lovatt is best known for her cryptic and giant crosswords - particularly the Colossus and the BIG. The Colossus appears each month in the Australian Women's Weekly and the BIG appears weekly in Woman's Day (a regular feature for the past twenty years). The Colossus and BIG are also titles in their magazine range.
Christine’s Cryptic is very popular and at times she has been named “the Cryptic Queen”.
Their puzzles also appear in NW, Qantas In-flight magazine, TV Week, Take 5 and various other publications sold throughout Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Ireland
They are staunch supporters of various campaigns i.e. Red Cross, Life. Be in it., World Vision, National Literacy and Numeracy Week, MS Readathon and many smaller charity organisations. Christine has appeared regularly on many radio and television programs over the years and is often asked to speak at various functions.
